The Details about working together

Making room for what matters.

Beginning therapy is a meaningful decision. It reflects a willingness to invest time, attention, and financial resources in experiences that shape how life feels from the inside.

For many people, this work becomes an investment in steadiness, integration, and the capacity to move through life with more ease and choice — in the body, in relationships, and in everyday moments.

The information below is offered with transparency, so you can decide whether this approach feels aligned for you.

Service Fees & Info

Please note: I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. You may still be able to use out-of-network benefits; more information is included below.

If you’re interested, you’re welcome to ask about current availability during the consultation call.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill upon request that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please note that in order to provide a superbill, I will need to provide a diagnosis, which requires that you meet criteria for a diagnosis.

Reimbursement amounts and eligibility are determined by your individual insurance plan. If you have questions about coverage, your insurance provider can help clarify your benefits.

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, and qualifying HSA/FSA.

  • A Good Faith Estimate is a written overview of the expected cost of therapy services. It’s provided to help you understand and plan for fees in advance, particularly if you’re paying out of pocket.

The estimate is not a contract or a guarantee of total cost — it’s an approximation based on the information available at the time. Because therapy is individualized and the length or format of work can change, actual costs may vary over time.

You’re always welcome to ask questions about fees, session formats, or payment at any point in the process.

Here’s how we begin together.

The next step is to schedule a consultation call. This is a brief conversation to connect, answer any initial questions, and note anything important you’d like me to know.

From there, we’ll schedule an initial session to explore your experience more fully and see if working together feels like a good fit.
